​The UHSR Alumni Association (UHSRAA) unites the proud graduates of Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR) — a premier institution that has shaped healthcare and medical education in Haryana and beyond for over six decades.

 

🌿 Our Legacy

 

PGIMS Rohtak was established in 1960 and has grown into one of North India’s leading medical institutions, with 250 MBBS seats, postgraduate courses in all specialties, and advanced super-specialty programs (DM, M.Ch.). It pioneered Haryana’s first renal transplant program and today runs world-class facilities such as the Dhanwantri Apex Trauma Centre, Mother and Child Hospital, Modular OT-ICU Complex, and Skill Labs.

 

Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences (PGIDS) began as the Dental Wing of Medical College Rohtak in 1981, became an independent Dental College in 1985, and has since evolved into a full-fledged postgraduate institute offering BDS, MDS, and PhD programs across all dental specialties.

 

Alongside these, UHSR nurtures excellence in allied health sciences through its College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, and College of Physiotherapy, each producing professionals who bring honor to the university.
